How to submit a Work Order

1. Click on the link that says "Submit a Maintenance Work Order".

2. Click on "Submit and Maintenance Service Request".

3. Enter your name in the appropriate box.

4. Enter a full description of what is wrong and where the problem is.

5. Click OK at the bottom of the form.
