Directions for viewing the Reservations Calendar & Guest Information

1. Click on the Reservation Calendar link.

2. Type in the User Name:

SanMichele

Cottonwood

Hermitage

MullionCove

Providence

Milestone

3. Type in the Password:

The password is the last name of the family that owns Bluefields Bay Villas along with the year that Houston was born. (eg. "Smith1900")

4. Click on the Calendar to view upcoming trips.

5. There is a horizontal scroll bar to look forward up to one year. 

6. Hover over a trip to view the names of the persons in that trip.

6. Click on the trip to view the details.

Tab 1 (Trip Information) - This has the basic information from the trip

Tab 2 (Clients) - This has the names of all the guests, their flight info, and if they are using the helicopter.

Tab 3 (Trip Details) - This is where the guests enter in their preferences
